Directions for Attaching Bridle Rosettes
Western
- Undo and remove throat-latch from bridle.
- Remove the two metal rectangular rings that are located on
brow band, between throat-latch and headstall.
- Place bridle rosettes where the rectangular metal rings originally
were.
- Replace throat-latch.
English
- Unbuckle and remove nose-band.
- Unbuckle and remove cheek pieces.
- Slide end of the brow band off the left side of the headstall.
- Slide rosettes onto brow band and position accordingly.
- Replace headstall through left end of brow band.
- Replace cheek pieces.
- Replace nose-band.
These instructions are for most bridles of these types. It is not unusual to have a bridle that is made differently, but this should give you some help.
